Items on the "to do" list include: Cleaning up the text alignment in the navigation bar. (The text in the navigation bar looks pretty bad in IE: this appears to be a consequence of poor GIF rendering in IE as the bar looks fine in other browsers, e.g. Firefox.) We may want to replace the GIF version with a JPG or PNG version. Finish removing the old website. We are simply moving the old website files into a separate folder, but this is a very slow and tedious process as we have to move each file individually (requiring four mouse clicks and quite a bit of mouse movement for each transfer) and there are well over two hundred files that need moving. Submitting Material Feel free to submit news items, reports on meetings, pictures, etc. for inclusion on this website. If you wish to expand on an existing item on these pages, go right ahead! Textual items should be sent via e-mail to lfgcwebmaster@gmail.com, either in the body of the e-mail message or as an attachment. Please try and avoid sending word-processor documents (e.g., Word files): use of a simple ASCII text-editor is much preferable. Failing that, save your document out as a simple ASCII (plain text) file. Images can also be sent via e-mail to lfgcwebmaster@gmail.com. Images should be in JPEG (.JPG) form, saved at a high-quality setting and should be cropped to be no larger than 1024x768 pixels. If there is a need for "thumbnail images", we will handle the generation of these.
